The National Telecommunications Agency (ANATEL) in Brazil has published Act No. 2271 on February 9, 2022. The purpose of this Act is to establish technical requirements for the conformity assessment of radiofrequency signal boosters used in Personal Mobile Service (SMP). Compliance with these technical requirements will be mandatory starting 180 days from the publication of the Act (August 8, 2022).
