The National Telecommunications Agency (ANATEL) in Brazil published Act No. 17087 of December 19, 2022, approving technical requirements for electrical safety in the conformity assessment of telecommunications products. This Act came into effect on December 27, 2022, and will become mandatory on December 27, 2023.
Act No. 950 of February 8, 2018 will be revoked on December 27, 2023.
