China (SRRC) - New Regulation Y2021 No.129 - Certificate Validity

The authority of State Radio Regulation (SRRC) of China implemented the new Regulation Y2021 No.129. It states that if manufactures want to apply for SRRC based on the new regulation, they need to mark the new regulation name or number "《工业和信息化部关于加强和规范2400MHz、5100MHz和5800MHz频段无线电管理有关事宜的通知》或工信部无〔2021〕129号" in the application form. The authority will test and issue a certificate according to the new regulation. The certificate is normally valid for 5 years.

Until October 15, 2023, manufactures can still apply for SRRC based on the old regulation, however, the certificate will only be valid until Dec. 31, 2025.

The certificates which were already issued prior Jan.1, 2022, these certificates are still good until Dec. 31, 2025.
