The Telecommunications Superintendence (SUTEL) in Costa Rica has published the Consultation on the Regulation Evaluation Guide. The guide intends to define principles, criteria, and considerations that are to be applied when making a competition analysis of an existing standard or project being adopted.
The consultation may be accessed here and will be open for comments until August 5, 2022.
