The European Commission published Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/2307 on November 23, 2022, amending the Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/179 as regards designating and making available the 5150 - 5250 MHz, 5250 - 5350 MHz and 5470 - 5725 MHz frequency bands in accordance with the technical conditions set out in the Annex. Member States of the European Union must implement these requirements by June 30, 2023.
