The Regulatory Authority of Posts and Telecommunications (ARPT) of Guinea issued Decision No. 003 on procedures for the acquisition of approval in the telecommunications sector on June 12, 2023. ARPT reiterates in this Decision that any supplier, importer, distributor, reseller or user must ensure that telecommunications material and/or equipment for sale or private use are stamped with an ARPT-defined marking. No changes to the type approval process are immediately expected.
