Regulatory Authority for Posts and Telecommunications (ARPT) of Guinea published an announcement on March 16, 2023, reminding customers that Telecommunications and ICT equipment or materials must be approved by ARPT prior to being imported to Guinea. Customers who do not comply with the mandatory approval will be subject to the penalties outlined in the regulatory texts of the Republic of Guinea, including LOI L/2015/018/AN.
