The India Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) released a notification on March 23, 2023, amending the MTCTE Procedure to fully exempt the Administrative Fee and Test Report Evaluation Fee for applications submitted by Government R&D Institutes including CDOT and CDAC.
This exemption will take place for five years until March 31, 2028.
