Radio Spectrum Management (RSM) in New Zealand has published the Radiocommunications Regulations (Radio Standards) Notice 2023 on July 10, 2023, which advocates classes of products and the standards and level of conformity applicable to the product classes. It also includes products which are exempt from needing a Declaration of Conformity. The notice came into effect on July 1, 2023.
