Saudi Arabia (CITC) - Renewed Public Consultation on Digital Content Platform Regulations Document

The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) of Saudi Arabia opened a public consultation on the Digital Content Platform Regulations in October 2021. After completing research and analysis from this first round of public consultation, CITC has added the analysis results to the updated Draft Document and is seeking additional comments to make a clearer and transparent regulatory framework for digital content platforms.


The consultation may be accessed here and will be open for comments until March 24, 2022.
