Vietnam MIC - Circular 04/2021/TT-BTTTT Procedures for Radio Licenses

The Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) of Vietnam has published Circular 04/2021/TT-BTTTT regarding the procedure for granting licenses to use radio frequencies, for leasing and lending radio equipment, and for the common use of radio frequencies.


Changes to these procedures include the following:

  • Removing the Type Approval certificate from the required documents when applying for a frequency use license

  • Revising application forms

  • Electronic use of the license only is permitted going forward
