COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS

Ultratech is committed to offering clients exceptional certification services in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO/IEC 17065.

An applicant or agent may sometimes disagree or lodge a complaint with respect to decisions made by our certification body.  In such cases the disagreements must to be resolved by initiating preliminary discussions.

 

We aim to resolve complaints and appeals promptly in a fair and impartial manner. All information will be treated as confidential.

When no agreement is reached, the applicant has the right to challenge such decisions in the form of an appeal.

Complaints and appeals may be initiated by writing a letter and attaching supporting documents and sending them via registered mail to the address as given below.
