On April 15, 2024, the Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau (CTT) released Directive No. 64/2024, which was officially published on the Macao SAR Government website. This directive modifies Directive No. 198/2014 concerning low-power short-range radiocommunication devices. Key amendments include:
Exemption from government authorization for SRD products operating within the 5925-6425 MHz band.
Removal of restrictions on frequency bands utilized by radionavigation and radiolocation satellite system receivers.
