FCC Webinar on Tribal Access to Wireless Spectrum: Seeking Public Input for Improved Understanding

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and the Office of Native Affairs and Policy will host a virtual webinar on November 16, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. ET, to discuss Tribal Access to Wireless Spectrum and Related Data (GN Docket No. 23-265). The FCC seeks public comment on improving understanding of how Tribal Nations and the Native Hawaiian Community access wireless spectrum, aiming to refine information collected on license applications. The webinar will provide an overview of current data collection practices and guide interested parties in submitting comments by the November 30, 2023 deadline. Individuals interested in the topic are encouraged to review the Public Notice, and while registration is recommended, it is not mandatory for participation.
