The Department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) is seeking comments on the consultation of two technical documents related to Personal Communications Service (PCS) equipment operating in the bands 1850-1915 MHz and 1930-1995 MHz. The documents open for consultation are RSS-133, issue 7, and SRSP-510, issue 6.
RSS-133, issue 7, outlines the requirements for certification for PCS equipment operating in the specified bands. SRSP-510, issue 6, defines the minimum technical requirements for efficient use of the same bands by PCS.

Comments on both technical documents are due no later than May 7th, 2024.
